The men who would be kings.
An early birthday present for Chere because I know how much you love Loki and Cas, bb. <3<3<3Also, Loki’s suit is still a bitch to draw. I’m going to draw him naked next time, yes.
Tom Hiddleston neck porn (ver 2)
don’t you mean straight up tom hiddleston porn look at him it’s like we are having sex from this angle i could literally be sitting on his dick it’s not even a stretch
THIS scene really should’ve stayed in the movie. It was fucking important, okay? Loki didn’t even think about taking the throne until he was reminded that he was actually supposed to do it.

Holy shit fuck you
I’m not getting mad that fans like Loki. I love Loki. He’s awesome. He is not, however, a little woobie. The mythology scholar in me cringes when I see that.
I do what I want
Please, go ahead and love on Loki. Because he is awesome. I’m just sayin’ Norse Loki isn’t a little woobie. It’s the people who think Tumblr!Loki and Real!Norse!Loki are one in the same that drive me nuts and make me want to *bodyfloor*
I said literally nothing about the Norse mythological version of Loki
Literally
Nothing
I don’t understand how someone can pull the mythology (or comic canon) argument to explain Loki’s nature, I’m sorry. I’ve studied mythology, and last time I checked, Zeus never boned Hippolyte to create Wonder Woman (new ‘11 origin story!) Mythology does not equal comics, comics do not equal movies. If your interpretation of Loki’s character in the movies is that he’s a dangerous ambition-driven psychopath who would literally crush anyone standing between him and power he wants to acquire, fine. Stick to that. But you can’t compare him to his gender-fluid, morally ambiguous mythological counterpart who, obviously, has a completely different background. Not only that, but Hiddleston’s portrayal of Loki makes the character more sympathetic because he’s not just purposeless chaotic evil. His behavior and thirst for power is basically explained and justified. At the end of the Thor movie, he’s giving his father the “why aren’t you proud of me” look. He’s trying to prove that he’s better than his brother. He’s trying to create an identity for himself, as evil as it may be, because he was lied to about his true origins. Loki isn’t weak, but he’s flawed, and of course he’s evil, but if you paid attention to his little chat with the Chitauri, you’d know he’s also scared because he can still tell when he’s gone too far. And that is part of why he’s the villain: because he can’t go back and redeem himself—as he told Thor, it’s too late. He’s a much, much more human character than mythology!Loki.
So I really want to hug him.

Because apparently some people still don’t get it.
I can’t hear you over the sound of “precious Jotun baby who needs to be loved”.

#but the opposite of love isn’t hate #it’s indifference #and loki hates his brother #so they will never be able to kill each other #not until everyone around them lies dead and the realms lie in ruins #because they will continue beating at each other until they are both dust #it’s their blessing and their curse #it’s their fate #nothing and no one can change it #and they wouldn’t want it to #because without each other … they have nothing
